Inside the site of Le Moulin de la Quentiniere, our properties provide comfortable accommodation, ready to welcome you for a relaxing stay. Choose from Le Moulin, La Petite Maison or Le Petit Gite.
Outside, enjoy perfect evenings with family/friends relaxing on the lovely patio. Sit back on the patio chairs or stretch out on the sun loungers before whipping up a tasty meal on the barbecue.
Walk down to the lawned garden with its stone built barbecue, decked dining area with tables and seating, along with a pétanque terrain for fun and games.
The leisure complex is there for inside fun; flex your muscles in the gym, take a dip in the pool then enjoy a game of snooker, pool or table tennis - the choice is yours.

What we have done to the LMQ
Since buying Le Moulin de la Quentiniere, we have made some major changes:
Completely replaced the roof for the whole estate
Refurbished Le Moulin, taking it from a two-storey dilapidated building to a three-storey modern dwelling with 5 comfortable bedrooms, complete with ensuites. (Each bedroom 400 sq ft / 37 sq m)
Installed a fully equipped modern kitchen in each property
Installed a projector and cine screen (great for cinema nights, slide shows, presentations, etc)
Increased the WIFI/internet capacity with a new MESH system
Restructured the main garden to include a decked barbecue area and pétanque terrain
Fitted a large capacity fosse septique
Created an outside rear decked area for Le Moulin
Had a new transformer installed to provide sufficient power for the estate
Completed the refurbishment of two derelict barns to house the leisure complex - indoor swimming pool with lockers and changing area, showers, WCs, gym and games room
Refurbished the gite - a completely separate property with main bedroom, twin bedroom, salon, WC, bathroom with bath and separate shower unit, kitchen
Had solar panels fitted
Had the courtyard re-tarmaced and decked the outside patio area
Created a gravelled path to the main garden
Modernised the electricity supply system
Re-pointed the exterior of the buildings
Initiated a programme of continual development
Installed a CCTV security system

More like a 5* spa hotel - five stars
Fabulous place to stay. We were a party of 8 adults & children (although we only saw the children when they were hungry ✊) This enormous 5* let is more like a 5* spa hotel! Furnishings and decor are to a high standard, everything was clean and comfortable and the owners and manager were more than welcoming and helpful. Hoping to return one day.
