Le Petit Gite
Renovated in 2013, this cosy two bedroom property is laid out on one floor and has been refurbished to provide self-contained accommodation for 4 people.
The unit houses two good-sized bedrooms, bathroom with soaker tub, handwash basin and separate shower cubicle. The fully-fitted kitchen has a pretty dining area and the picturesque salon has a sofabed, armchair and lovely wood burner.
Access is available to the shared onsite leisure complex with indoor pool, gym and games room.

Rental Tariffs
Prices are per week in € Euro (inclusive of VAT)
Le Petit Gite from €200,00* per night.
PLEASE NOTE:
A deposit of €50,00 is payable at the time of booking
(b) A security deposit of €500,00 is payable with the balance of the rental payment
(c) A final cleaning fee of €75,00 is payable*

(e) There is limited wheelchair access to the Property
(f) For the benefit of all our guests, Le Moulin de la Quentiniere is a pet free location. There will be a charge of €250,00 levied for any unauthorised animal on the property/site.
(g) There are cameras on site. Our cameras cover the outside area and are there to ensure the security of our site.
(h) For the benefit of our guests, we operate a ’No Smoking’ policy throughout our location

LE PETIT GITE
All tariffs include: use of the shared on-site leisure complex, one set of towels and kitchen linen for the duration of the stay (fresh linen is provided for stays over 7 nights), complimentary bathroom toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, freeview and satellite channels and complimentary Wifi/internet (please note this can be intermittent due to our rural location) and free car parking.
