LA PETITE MAISON allows you to enjoy the comforts of country living in a modern setting
La Petite Maison started out as the accommodation for the family working in the watermill, providing basic accommodation of 5 standard bedrooms, with an office for the man of the house to sort the paperwork and then join the rest of the family for a hearty evening meal, lovingly prepared by his good lady wife, very welcome after a long arduous day of graft.
More recently, La Petite Maison has been transformed into a cosy Airbnb property; sleeping up to a maximum of 10 people in 5 comfortably cosy bedroom suites, along with an updated modern kitchen resplendent with country charm...

A fully-equipped modern kitchen with hob, double oven and grill, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, belfast sink, cupboards, breakfast bar and bar stools. Crockery, cutlery, glassware and bakeware.

Ground floor : 'CEZANNE' - double bedroom with wardrobe, cheval mirror, towel stand, two bedside cabinets, storage trunk, TV with freeview and satellite channels, DVD player, hospitality tray with kettle, tea and coffee making facilities. Ensuite bathroom with shower, handwash basin and WC
First floor : 'DEGAS' and 'MONET' - two separate bedrooms, hospitality tray with kettle, tea and coffee making facilities. Each has a large ensuite bathroom with large bath, separate walk in shower, hand wash basin and WC
Second floor : 'MORISOT' and 'RENOIR' - two separate bedrooms, one with large storage bed with drawers underneath and the other with large double bed. Both have a wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamp, hospitality tray with kettle, tea and coffee making facilities. Each bedroom has a small ensuite with shower and handwash basin with separate access to a WC.
Rental Tariffs

PLEASE NOTE
(a) A deposit of €500,00 is payable at the time of booking
(b) A security deposit of €500,00 is payable with the balance of the rental payment
(c) *A final cleaning fee of €150,00 is payable
(d) Worry-free cancellation policy
(e) There is limited wheelchair access to the Property
(f) Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the gymnasium unaccompanied
(g) For the benefit of all our guests, Le Moulin de la Quentiniere is a pet free location. There will be a charge of €250,00 levied for any unauthorised animal on the property/site.
(h) There are cameras on site. Our cameras cover the outside area and are there to ensure the security of our site.
(i) For the benefit of our guests, we operate a ’No Smoking’ policy throughout our location

All tariffs include: use of the on-site shared leisure complex, one set of towels and kitchen linen for the duration of the stay (fresh linen is provided for stays over 7 nights), complimentary bathroom toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, freeview and satellite channels and complimentary Wifi/internet (please note this can be intermittent due to our rural location) and free car parking
