Le Moulin benefits from having under floor heating throughout the property, along with broadband, WIFI/internet access (although this can be temperamental at times due to our rural location!) A cot and highchair are available for younger guests. Hairdryers are available and an iron and ironing board are positioned on each floor.

Prices are per week in € Euro (inclusive of VAT)
Le Moulin from €550,00* per night
All tariffs include: use of the on-site shared leisure complex, one set of towels and kitchen linen for the duration of the stay (fresh linen is provided for stays over 7 nights), complimentary bathroom toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, freeview and satellite channels and complimentary Wifi (please note this can be intermittent due to our rural location) and free car parking

(a) A deposit of €500,00 is payable at the time of booking

(f) For the benefit of all our guests, Le Moulin de la Quentiniere is a pet free location. There will be a charge of €250,00 levied for any unauthorised animal on the property/site.
(g) There are cameras on site. Our cameras cover the outside area and are there to ensure the security of our site.
(h) For the benefit of our guests, we operate a ’No Smoking’ policy throughout our location

Le Moulin History
Le Moulin started out as a flour mill, briefly occupied during the Second World War, providing milled flour to local residents and the surrounding areas. It was typical of a working mill, producing high quality stone ground flour. The bags were levered down by a pulley system - which is now the balcony of ’Le Soleil’, our lovely sunny suite on the third floor, with the large waterwheel still evident at the back of the property.
Originally part of the estate owned by the Montecot family, it was bought by the Kipping family in December 2006 as one large 5 bedroomed house with masses of outbuildings with great potential. The large 5 bedroomed house referred to is now known as ’La Petite Maison’; the refurbishment works on ’Le Moulin’ commenced in earnest some 18 months later.
Now, we are happy to say, we have created around 9,500 sq ft of modern accommodation with each 400 sq ft bedroom suite boasting comfortable furnishings and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. In total, we are now able to accommodate up to 15 people. The principal living space - the salon - is 1,500 sq ft.
